Job Role: A&E Locum
Specialty: General Medicine
Grade: SHO
4 outpatient clinics with associated administrative work,
Outpatient chemotherapy prescribing,
Laboratory work, providing specialist advice within the Trust and to GPs
Attendance at the weekly Haematology MDT meeting.
Work will be undertaken across sites in Worcestershire and Herefordshire
QUALIFICATIONS & JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 6 months Healthcare experience
- Right to work in the UK
- Register with GMC
- References covering last 3 years of clinical employment
- Up to date CV
- Undertaking patient consultations and physical examinations
- Organising workloads
- Performing surgical procedures
- Providing general pre- and post-operative care
- Monitoring and administering medication
- Assessing and planning treatment requirements
- Writing reports and maintaining records
- Managing a department
- Leading a medical team
- Keeping GPs informed about the care of their patients
