SPECIFICATIONS:
- Review prescriptions and conduct patient-oriented medication reviews
- Provide specialist pharmaceutical advice to multi-disciplinary teams
- Involve patients in medication decisions to support adherence and outcomes
- Utilise non-medical prescribing skills as needed
- Influence service development to improve patient care through redesign
- Participate in clinical audits and service evaluations
- Supervise junior pharmacy staff
- Contribute to the training and development of junior pharmacy team members and other multi-disciplinary team members
- Participate in the clinical supervision program
- Develop policies, procedures, and treatment guidelines
- Contribute to initiatives for improving medication safety
QUALIFICATIONS & JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 6 months of Healthcare experience as a Clinical Pharmacist
- Right to work in the UK
- References covering the last 3 years of clinical employment
- AHPs should have 1 year of experience
- GPhC registered
- Overseas Police Check, if any
- Indemnity Insurance
- Up-to-date CV
- Key skills: Compassion, Time management, Clinical Skills
