Clinical Pharmacist (Band 7)

SPECIFICATIONS:

• Review prescriptions and conduct patient-oriented medication reviews
• Provide specialist pharmaceutical advice to multi-disciplinary teams
• Involve patients in medication decisions to support adherence and outcomes
• Utilise non-medical prescribing skills as needed
• Influence service development to improve patient care through redesign
• Participate in clinical audits and service evaluations
• Supervise junior pharmacy staff
• Contribute to the training and development of junior pharmacy team members and other multi-disciplinary team members
• Participate in the clinical supervision program
• Develop policies, procedures, and treatment guidelines
• Contribute to initiatives for improving medication safety

QUALIFICATIONS & JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 6 months of Healthcare experience as a Clinical Pharmacist
• Right to work in the UK
• References covering the last 3 years of clinical employment
• AHPs should have 1 year of experience
• GPhC registered
• Overseas Police Check, if any
• Indemnity Insurance
• Up-to-date CV
• Key skills: Compassion, Time management, Clinical Skills
