Urogynaecology & Urodynamic Consultant

JOB ROLE:

We are seeking a highly competent Urogynaecology and Urodynamic Consultant to support the Women, Children and Families Directorate, reducing patient waiting times for urogynaecology and urodynamic services on the Isle of Man. This role supports a temporary service solution while a long-term tertiary contract is finalised.

QUALIFICATIONS & JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Provide high-quality face-to-face patient consultations, encompassing full assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, follow-up care, and onward referrals where necessary.
• Deliver on-island urogynaecology and urodynamic services as part of a visiting UK tertiary centre provision.
• Initially commit to one clinical session per month, with the flexibility to increase or decrease based on patient demand and overall service capacity.
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation, uphold professional standards, and comply with all local and UK clinical governance protocols.
