- PMVA Trained – Essential
- 3 years in the UK – Essential
- 6 months experience as a support worker – Essential
- 3 years of references – Essential
- Full UK driving license – Essential
- Excellent work ethic – Essential
- NVQ Level 3 Children and Young People – Desirable
- Children’s residential support – Desirable
JOB ROLE:
-
Work within the residential care staff team to support and supervise young people with challenging behaviour

Ensure the safety of the young people at all times

Follow the policies and procedures of the company

Provide support where a young person’s placement has collapsed. The role can vary weekly depending on the young person’s needs.
