Speech & Language Therapist

SPECIFICATION:

• Start date ASAP (please advise on earliest available start date)
• End date End of August 2023 (potential to extend, service dependent)
• May involve some inpatients
• Monday to Friday
• 08:45 to 17:00

*part time will be considered*

• Band 6/7

– Extensive experience assessing and providing intervention to children aged 0-18 year with complex communication difficulties

– Experience working with children with a range of presentations including complex acquired and developmental neurological conditions, social communication disorders, speech and language disorders or delayed development

– Competency with paediatric dysphagia desirable

QUALIFICATIONS & JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 6 months of Healthcare experience
• Right to work in the UK
• References covering the last 3 years of clinical employment
• GMC Registration
• Overseas Police Check, if any
• Indemnity Insurance
• Up-to-date CV
• Key skills: Compassion, Time management, Clinical Skills
