Registered Mental Health Nurse

We are looking for Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) to join our dynamic mental health services in Essex. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality care in a supportive, patient-centred environment. You will be part of a team dedicated to improving patient outcomes and enhancing mental health care in both acute and community settings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide safe, compassionate, and patient-centred mental health care.
• Conduct assessments, contribute to care plans, and manage risk.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Support recovery through therapeutic interventions and patient engagement.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a full GMC registration with a licence to practise.
• Must have a minimum of 6 months of experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse.
• Excellent communication and teamworking skills.
• Have an updated CV of your work experience and skills.
