Job Role: Health Visitor Nurse

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 09.00-17.00hrs
Responsibilities: To work as an autonomous practitioner to provide safe, evidenced based and effective health visiting service to families & Children 0-19yrs. Responsible for a defined caseload, and classifying cases in line with national strategy of universal, Universal plus and Universal Partnership plus.
Skills: Experience of health visiting in inner/outer community. Having RIO training and experience as essential
QUALIFICATIONS & JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 6 months Healthcare experience
- Right to work in the UK
- References covering last 3 years of clinical employment
- NMC Registration
- Overseas Police Check, if any
- Indemnity Insurance
- Up to date CV
